Refunds & Exchanges

Overview

All Graverobber products are made to order. Each item is printed or produced specifically for you once your order is placed. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind.

However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, we will make it right.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is:

  • Damaged in transit

  • Defective

  • Misprinted

  • Incorrect from what was ordered

Please contact us within 30 days of delivery at:

Include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the item

  • A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed, we will offer either:

  • A free replacement, or

  • A refund to your original payment method

We may require photo verification before issuing a replacement or refund.

Lost Packages

If your order appears lost in transit:

  • Please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

  • We will work with the carrier to investigate the shipment.

  • If confirmed lost, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.

Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout are the customer’s responsibility. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

Exchanges & Size Issues

Because all products are made to order, we do not offer size-based exchanges.

Please review sizing charts carefully before purchasing. If you are unsure about sizing, we recommend comparing measurements to a garment you already own.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only if production has not yet begun. Once an item has entered production, it cannot be canceled or modified.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
